Donna Kreher, PhD (she/her)
Founder and Director

Clinical Psychologist & Professional Coach
Dr. Kreher is a licensed psychologist with over 15 years of clinical experience. Her career has centered on addressing the unmet needs of individuals living with chronic pain through clinical work, leadership, scholarship, and teaching. She is an adjunct faculty member at the University of Rochester Medical Center, where she maintains close collaborative relationships with referring providers and numerous clinical training programs. In addition to her role as Founder and Clinical Director at Rezenity Health, she maintains an active clinical practice. Specialties: women’s health issues chronic pelvic pain sexual health and sexual trauma perimenopause generalized anxiety health anxiety obsessive-compulsive symptoms Approach: Dr. Kreher utilizes a combination of science-based interventions including cognitive-behavioral, somatic experiencing, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), self-compassion, mindfulness, and pain neuroscience education. Allison brings over 15 years of dedicated service to helping others, with a strong background in business. Recently transitioning into the medical field, she leverages her sales, marketing, and exceptional customer service skills to ensure that we maintain strong collaborative partnerships with our healthcare colleagues, and that our patients receive the best care experience possible. As the Practice Manager, she oversees daily operations, ensuring the seamless coordination of administrative, financial, and operational functions. Passionate about the mission at Rezenity, Allison is committed to providing the essential services that meet the needs of our community.
Melinda Niebuhr, LCSW (she/her)

Mindy Niebuhr is a licensed clinical social worker with over a decade of experience in mental health and substance use. She has served in lead therapist and supervisory roles, maintains close connections with local social work training programs, and provides clinical supervision at Rezenity Health. Specialties: pelvic pain crisis management skills anxiety women's health life transitions adjustment to chronic health conditions Approach: Mindy is skilled in crisis intervention, dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and acceptance and commitment therapy. Lauren Kimble-Giglia, LMHC, Master CASAC (she/her)
Mental Health Clinician & Professional Coach
Lauren Kimble-Giglia is a licensed mental health therapist and substance abuse counselor with 10 years of experience helping individuals and groups with a diverse range of concerns. Specialties: impulsivity emotion regulation crisis management relationship difficulties (individual, not couples) pelvic pain sexual health LGBTQIA+ Approach: Drawing from dialectical and cognitive behavioral therapies, her person-centered approach focuses on supporting others to gain clarity, set realistic goals, and develop coping skills to help overcome obstacles.
Meg Tyo, LMSW (she/her)
Mental Health Clinician
Meg Tyo is a licensed master social worker with over 12 years of experience spanning medical and mental health settings. Her past work in emergency medicine, critical care, inpatient hospital care, and oncology has honed her understanding of the intersections between physical and mental health. Specialties: aging bereavement life transitions caregiver mental health anxiety trauma depression Approach: Meg’s practice is centered on understanding and honoring each individual's story, recognizing strength amidst challenges, and fostering a hopeful outlook toward the future.
Jon Dewhirst, LMSW (he/him)
Mental Health Clinician & Psychedelic Treatment Provider
Jon Dewhirst is a licensed master social worker with training in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). Specialties: trauma depression men's health relationship challenges (individual, not couples work) sleep issues trans/gender expansive obsessive-compulsive symptoms Approach: Jon utilizes a variety of cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral therapy and mindfulness approaches in his work. His style is relational and warm, centered on meaningful therapeutic relationships with his patients.
Jessica Karim, LMSW (she/her)
Mental Health Clinician
Jessica Karim is a licensed master social worker who identifies as a South Asian, brown, first generation, disabled woman of color, and draws on her multiple intersecting identities to support marginalized individuals in therapy. Specialties: chronic illness disability people of color trauma disordered eating patterns Approach: Jessica utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and psychodynamic techniques. Her style is humorous, warm, open and collaborative, and she believes that no one knows you better than you know yourself.
Jordan Ott, MHC-P, INHC (she/her)
Integrative Nutrition Health Coach
Jordan Ott has dual training in Mental Health Counseling and Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching. Drawing on her unique skillset, her integrated approach to care addresses the physical, emotional, cognitive and behavioral areas of health. Specialties: eating patterns sleep women's health stress management physical activity goals Approach: Jordan utilizes strengths-based, motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral approaches to support accountability and identify barriers to change.
Melissa Parkhurst, LMT (she/her)
Somatic Bodywork Practitioner
Melissa Parkhurst has been working within the healing field as a massage therapist in Rochester, NY for the past 14 years. She has studied mindfulness and somatic bodywork through Integrated Somatic Studies Institute, bringing breathwork, movement, and touch together to access the emotional body. She has trained in Trauma-Informed Breathwork and Conscious Breathwork, and is currently a Level II Reiki Energy practitioner. Specialties: pain trauma chronic health conditions disability anxiety disconnection from self Approach: Somatic bodywork sessions allow our bodies to take the lead as we delve into the part that our emotions and traumas may play in our physical symptoms. Utilizing a combination of evidence-based practices such as guided breathing and connected hands-on work (holding touch) can begin to unlock patterns of holding within the body. This brings us from a chronic fight-or-flight state back into a more balanced state that can facilitate our healing from within.
